Tankless water heaters: endless hot water, less space, lower bills.
On-demand gas and propane tankless water heaters for homes, cottages and multi-unit buildings across Simcoe County and Muskoka.
Why tankless
A tankless unit heats water only when a tap opens, so there is no tank losing heat all day and no running out. Sized right, it runs two showers and the dishwasher at once. It hangs on the wall, vents through the sidewall and frees up the floor.
They are the right fit for busy households, cottages with small mechanical rooms, and apartment buildings where a row of tanks is costing money.
What we install
Condensing tankless units
Rinnai, Navien and others — high-efficiency, natural gas or propane.
Multi-unit & commercial
Unit-by-unit replacements in apartment buildings, planned so tenants aren’t left without hot water.
Recirculation
Recirc pumps and timers so hot water is at the tap fast.
Gas line upsizing
Tankless needs more gas than a tank. We size and run the supply properly.
Venting & condensate
Sidewall venting and condensate neutralizers, done to code.
Combi boilers
Heating and hot water from one wall-hung unit on hydronic homes.

Rinnai, Navien and others, chosen for parts availability and local support.
Tankless units use 20 to 30 percent less fuel than a tank and last roughly twice as long.
Typically one day, including removal of the old tank.
Running out of hot water?
We’ll size a tankless to the house and tell you what the gas line needs.
