Indoor air quality for tight, well-built homes.
HRVs and ERVs, filtration, humidity control and ventilation design for new builds and renovations across Simcoe County and Muskoka.
Why ventilation
A tight house needs mechanical ventilation. Without it you get condensation on the windows, stale air, and humidity that swings from desert in January to damp in August. An HRV or ERV brings in fresh air, exhausts the stale, and recovers most of the heat on the way.
We design ventilation into the mechanical package on new builds, and retrofit it into older homes that were sealed up during a renovation.
What we install
HRVs & ERVs
Sized and balanced to code for the house, ducted properly — not just dumped into the furnace return.
Media & HEPA filtration
High-capacity filter cabinets that fit the furnace and don’t choke airflow.
Humidifiers & dehumidifiers
Whole-home humidifiers for winter, dedicated dehumidification for cottages and basements.
Air purification
UV and purification where it is warranted — and we’ll tell you when it isn’t.
Make-up air
For large range hoods and wood-burning appliances, so the house doesn’t go negative.
Controls
Dehumidistats and ventilation controls set up and explained.
How we do it
Where it fits
Condensation on the windows? Stale air?
That is a ventilation problem, and it is fixable. Let’s look at the house.
