Who we are

A design-build mechanical contractor for Simcoe County and Muskoka.

Northland Home Comfort is a licensed heating, cooling and hydronics contractor based in Warminster. Our team brings more than twenty years of trade experience in gas, refrigeration and hydronic design to every job, and works the same way on a furnace swap as on a custom-home mechanical package: measure first, put it in writing, build it to code, stand behind it.

We handle replacements and retrofits every day, and we are set up for the work most companies won’t take on: multi-zone hydronics, snow melt, in-floor heating and complete systems for custom homes and cottages — designed in-house, installed by our crews and commissioned before handover. TSSA registered, fully insured, and on call 24/7.

How we work

Sized to the house, priced before it’s ordered, commissioned before we leave.

Design first

Every system starts with a room-by-room heat loss. Equipment is sized to the building and the ductwork, not picked off a chart.

Flat-rate, in writing

A written scope with equipment, layout and price. Rebates and financing laid out. The number doesn’t move once you’ve signed.

Commissioned and guaranteed

Tested, balanced, labelled and walked through with you. Workmanship guaranteed, warranties registered, and 24/7 service after the install.

Credentials

Licensed, registered and insured for every part of the job.

TSSA registered contractor — registration FS-R-50021, in good standing.
G2 gas technician and 313A refrigeration mechanic on every install and service call.
Fully insured and WSIB covered for work on your property and on builder sites.
Permits pulled and inspections booked as part of the job, not left to the homeowner.
Rated 5.0 on Google by the people whose houses we heat.
